A contact is any person in your IRIS account who can receive notifications. You're billed based on the total number of contacts in your account, regardless of how often they're contacted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch between the Unlimited and Starter plans at any time. Our team will help you transition seamlessly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts are required. Both plans are billed annually. The Starter plan includes a $0.50/contact/year base rate, plus credits at $0.05 each — purchase what you need, when you need it.
What channels are included?
