TechRadium was founded in 2000 as a web design and digital solutions company. Then September 11, 2001 changed everything. The world watched as thousands of people struggled to reach their loved ones, their colleagues, and their communities. Phone lines were overwhelmed. Information was fragmented. The systems meant to keep people connected failed at the moment they were needed most.
Our team asked a simple question: what if there was a way to reach everyone, instantly, on every channel, with one click?
That question became IRIS — the first web-based mass notification system, launched in 2001. Over two decades and more than a billion notifications later, we're still driven by the same mission: make sure no one is ever out of reach when it matters most.
