TechRadium Adds a New Patent Licensee and Reaches Settlement Agreement with Saf-T-Net

Sugar Land, TX, Feb 22 – On September 14^th, 2009, TechRadium filed a complaint for patent infringement in the United States Court for the Eastern District of Texas against 11 companies alleging they infringed TechRadium patents.

TechRadium, Inc., represented by Shawn Staples of the Mostyn Law Firm, today announced it has settled the litigation and entered into a licensing agreement with one of the defendants, Saf-T-Net, Inc., represented by McDermott, Will & Emery. TechRadium has granted Saf-T-Net a non-exclusive license limited to sales for non-military public and private K-12 educational institutions, colleges and universities.
